Eastport Ventures Inc. is pleased to provide a corporate update from one of the company’s investee’s, Premium Nickel Resources Corporation (“PNR”). Since June 2020 Eastport has accumulated through private placement participation, 2,750,000 shares of PNR representing approximately, 3.74% of the latter’s issued share capital.

Eastport has entered into a non-binding investment memorandum with Evrima plc (AQSE:EVA) that grants to Evrima a 30-day period of exclusivity to undertake a due diligence (DD) of the company's assets and to evaluate the broader capital market interest in companies such as Eastport.
